At Pilates First, our main aim is to allow our clients the opportunity to age well. Longevity is the key to living a long healthy life. Nobody wants to move in pain or lack confidence on a daily basis. We have a long life to live, why not make it a good healthy one. With our highly experienced instructors we can assist you with your rehabilitation programme post-surgery or working towards recovering from injury. Pre- and post-natal

This is a very exciting time for new expecting moms as well as the more experienced moms. Pilates is the ideal form of exercise to make your pregnancy and birth more comfortable. Focusing on core stability, the pelvic floor, strengthening and toning full body, as well as working on posture which can change dramatically before and after birth. Pilates is safe and beneficial for both mother and baby throughout the pregnancy and, is highly recommended for recovery after birth.
